Yea, so I thought as soon as my bamboo tablet showed up I’d be like “Yea!” and it’d be like “Hell yea!” and we’d make sweet sweet art together, turns out…I’m still trying to figure out how to sketch on a tablet and not on paper and while after several hours of fiddling around and slowly getting better, it may be a while before I start drawing actual comic strips. So in the meantime I’ve taken some clip art and some time to entertain you. “But it’s not really your art” some will say, well…it’s clip art…and those are my words/thoughts/jokes behind them. If anyone owns those actual images (and I actually think it’s the Department of the Army who does as I stole them from an official army download site) and asks me to take them down, I will…but enjoy them anyways. I’m sorry for the lame humor, it was a spur of the moment thing.
Here’s some pictures of my new toy:

Can't You See How Excited I Am?

Gotta Give You An Action Shot (ps I'm not actually talented enough to draw and take pictures of myself drawing at the same time)
So here’s a sneak peek at what horrific drawing awaits those of you who actually stick around. Yes, it’s horrible, but hey…not everyone is born with the hands, eyes, ears, mind, or soul of an artist…sometimes we have to collect those over the years…I now have 4 sets of eyes, 6 ears, 2 minds, and by the end of deployment a soul; by then I should be a great artist. Enjoy, or laugh at it, or scratch your eyes out at the hideousness of it all (if you go this route use a rusty nail).

Yea, this is the only one of like hundreds of sketches I did tonight that I even felt comfortable sharing. Possible character? I dunno.
Anyways, enjoy the comic, enjoy the sketch, enjoy the pictures. I’m out.
Stay Motivated!
